RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At UseBelvori, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident when purchasing our watches and accessories.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it. The product must also be returned with its original packaging, tags, protective materials, manuals, accessories, and any included items.

To request a return, please contact us at support@usebelvori.com before sending any product back.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Do not send a return without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at support@usebelvori.com and include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

If we confirm that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns for:

• Watches or accessories showing signs of wear or use
• Products that have been scratched, damaged, altered, engraved, resized, or modified after delivery
• Products missing original packaging, tags, manuals, protective films, accessories, or included items
• Personalized or custom-made products, where applicable
• Gift cards, where applicable
• Final-sale items clearly identified as final sale before purchase

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@usebelvori.com.

We will make every reasonable effort to cancel your order before processing or shipment. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it may need to be handled as a return.
